Our 5th Annual Community Yard Sale
It’s That Time Of Year Again!
Every year, Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life invites our clients and community to get rid of their unwanted ’stuff’ without
the hassle of holding their own yard sale, and with ALL Proceeds going to help families in need.
Our dedicated team of agents and staff will come to your house, or you can drop off your gently used items…
Things that you would sell at a garage sale; IE: books, tools, furniture, pictures, electronics, exercise equipment, records,
lamps, and anything else that you think would be good to sell at a yard sale (No Clothing Please!)
Our Yard Sale will be help at our Shirley Office: 850 Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY 11967
(Right next to Wendy’s-on the corner of William Floyd Parkway and Montauk Highway)
To Donate your items, drop them off at our Shirley office between the hours of 9am & 5pm Monday through Friday.
The Yard Sale will be Held Saturday, November 7th.
Each year we raise more and more money, and are able to help LOCAL families in need during the holiday season.
Last year, we raised $1,600 and helped FIVE Local Families enjoy their holiday.
So, if you can bring your stuff, or stop by and make a few purchases, it will help
MORE THAN YOU KNOW!
TELL A FRIEND…TELL EVERYONE!
Also, all of the items that DO NOT Sell, we donate to Big Brothers & Sisters, Local Churches & The Salvation Army,
So every single item that you donate will go to good use…Remember, one man’s junk is another man’s treasure!
Drop your items off the week of November 1st-7th.
