Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life is proud to lend a hand to the beloved community in which we do our business.  We have made it a priority throughout the years to get involved. With in the last year we have been successful in such events as:

Community Yard Sale

Hosted at our Shirley office, with the combined effort of members of Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life and area residents like you, we were able to provide a happier holiday season to four families in our neighborhood.

Movie Night

Teaming up with our local Movie Theater, Mastic Movieland we hosted a free movie night. The community was invited to join us with a donation of non perishable food to help re-stock the local food pantry. Successful about 900 pounds of food was collected!

Operation Warmth

Communal donations both dropped off and collected by Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life employees, we received about 800 coats for Colonial Youth.

Sloan-Kettering Hospital

Joint fundraising effort of our employees we donated to one of the world’s premier cancer centers located and serving the Long Island Community.

RAH

We opened our doors as a drop off location for Realtors Against Hunger, inviting all Realtors to bring in canned foods to later be distributed across Long Island.

Community Bowl Night

For only a donation of food per person, residents enjoyed a bowling for free at the AMF Bowling Center in Shirley. Families enjoyed a night of fun while the local pantries were once again full for the community.

Support Our Troops

In collaboration with the American Red Cross we sent requested items overseas for our Armed Forces in an effort to make there time away from home a little more enjoyable.

With efforts and inspiration from our community we hope to make then next 365 days even more triumphant then the last!

 Is proud to support the community that supports us.  In our ongoing efforts, we have organized our 3rd Annual Yard Sale Extravaganza to benefit the local Adopt A Family programs during the upcoming holiday season. Last year, through the collective efforts of our office staff and neighbors like you, we  were able to provide a happier holiday seasonto four families in our area.

      This year’s sale will take place at our Shirley location on October 4, 2008 between the hours of 9am-4pm. Please welcome this opportunity to remove any clutter or unwanted items from your garages, attics or basements and donate them to a good cause.  In helping others, you will also be ensuring that your house looks its best for this upcoming holiday season.

      As local food pantries have informed us that donations are at all time lows, we will also be accepting non-perishable food items so that we may help replenish their shelves during this holiday season.

     You can begin to drop off your items on Thursday, September 25th at Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life, 1029 William Floyd Pkwy,  Shirley.

Or, Call one of or sales agents and they will come to your home and pick up your items personally!
